Our agency acts solely as a recruitment mediator between employers and workforce suppliers/candidates. Our responsibility is limited to sourcing, matching, and providing available job vacancies and facilitating the connection between workers and employers within the European Union.
 
Once a suitable vacancy and employment opportunity have been provided to the candidate and/or supplier, our recruitment service is considered fully delivered and completed.
 
Scope of Responsibility
 
Our agency is not the employer and does not control or guarantee:
 
* Visa approvals or immigration outcomes
* Work permit approvals
* Government processing times
* Embassy or consular decisions
* Entry clearance into any country
* Employment commencement dates
* Employer operational decisions
* Changes in labor laws or immigration policies
* Candidate personal eligibility or documentation issues
* Travel restrictions or governmental actions
 
All further procedures after candidate placement, including but not limited to permit applications, documentation processing, onboarding, transportation, accommodation, and employment execution, are the sole responsibility of the employer and/or the candidate.
 
Non-Refundable Payments
 
All service fees, mediation fees, processing fees, consultation fees, and upfront payments made to our agency are strictly non-refundable once:
 
* A vacancy has been offered;
* A candidate has been submitted to an employer;
* An interview or selection process has commenced;
* Employment documentation preparation has started; or
* A work contract or job offer has been issued.
 
No refunds shall be issued in cases including, but not limited to:
 
* Visa or permit rejection
* Government delays or non-processing
* Employer withdrawal or cancellation
* Candidate withdrawal, refusal, or non-cooperation
* Incomplete or inaccurate documentation
* Border restrictions or travel limitations
* Changes in immigration regulations
* Employment termination after arrival
* Delays caused by third parties
 
Replacement Opportunity Policy
 
As a goodwill business practice, and entirely at the sole discretion of our agency, candidates or suppliers who have made upfront payments may be offered an alternative placement opportunity with another employer, subject to:
 
* Vacancy availability;
* Employer requirements;
* Candidate qualifications;
* Immigration eligibility; and
* Market conditions at the relevant time.
 
Such replacement opportunities are not guaranteed and do not constitute a refund obligation.
 
Limitation of Liability
 
Our agency shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, financial, or personal losses arising from:
 
* Rejected applications
* Delayed procedures
* Employer decisions
* Government actions
* Immigration authority decisions
* Candidate misconduct or ineligibility
* Force majeure events
 
By engaging our services and making payment, all parties acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy in full.
 
No refunds shall be issued if a candidate is rejected by the employer due to:
Insufficient work experience or qualifications;
Failure to meet employer requirements;
Poor interview performance;
Failure to attend or participate in a scheduled interview;
